Parking

Residents must park on their lot at all times with limited exceptions.  

Guests may park on the even side of the street only if no driveway space is available. 

Vehicles parked anywhere else or across  from another vehicle may be fined or towed without notice. 

Gate Clickers

Gate clickers are $60 each.

DON'T BLOCK SIDEWALKS 

It's inconsiderate AND illegal.

Our lakes are our pride and joy.  

Please protect them by keeping them clean and pleasant looking for all to enjoy.  

We have otters and an abundance of birds.  The fishing is good but do be aware of our resident alligator and friends. 

No structures are permitted in the lakes or on the lake banks without approval by the Board of Directors and the ARC.  

Collection is by the Solid Waste Authority (561) 697-2700 on the following schedule:

Regular Trash and Bulk Items: 

Tuesday and Friday 

Yard Waste:  Tuesday 

Recycling: Friday 

Items should be placed curbside in front of your home AFTER 5pm only on the day before pickup.  

(Yard waste may be set out after 5pm on a Sunday for convenience) 

Items should not be placed curbside over the weekend for Tuesday pickup.  Keep our community looking tidy for your neighbors and guests.
