COBWRA is a community organization representing many HOA's in the West Boynton Area and has great influence with the County Commissioners regarding new projects and the like.
Eric Malkin has been the liaison for Boynton Waters for many years and has kept our small community in front of the COBWRA executives and County Commissioners.
Please volunteer your time - just once a month for a few hours - to assist in this important relationship for our community.
Contact Eric directly or a Board member for more information.
Residents must park on their lot at all times with limited exceptions. Guests may park on the even side the street only if no driveway space is available. Vehicles parked anywhere else or across from another vehicle may be fined or towed without notice.
DON'T BLOCK SIDEWALKS
It's inconsiderate AND illegal.
See governing docs for parking details.

Our lakes are our pride and joy.
Please protect them by keeping them clean and pleasant looking for all to enjoy.
We have otters and an abundance of birds. The fishing is good but do be aware of our resident alligator and friends.
No structures are permitted in the lakes or on the lake banks without approval by the Board of Directors and the ARC.
