Our neighborhood is convenient to Boynton Beach Boulevard and Gateway on Jog Road, just across from the West Boynton Branch of the Palm Beach Library, which is being renovated and due to re open in the Spring of 2012.
Boynton Beach Boulevard provides convenient access to the Florida Turnpike, State Road 7 / 441 and to the East, I-95.
Just minutes from Delray Beach, Boca Raton and Palm Beach, we enjoy their shopping, street fairs and dining, yet we are far from the hustle and bustle of larger cities.

There has been a reported UnAuthorized entry in our neighborhood and we ask for your awareness.
We have improved gate surveillance and added street lighting, but depend on you, to protect your homes, vehicles, valuables and community.
If you see suspicious activity in our neighborhood, Call 911
Please discourage tailgating for any unknown vehicle waiting to enter the community. This includes delivery, lawn care and even normal passenger vehicles. Stop them at the Gates!
We will be imposing fines for anyone pushing on the gates, whether in vehicles or in person.
If you need additional remotes, please request them by completing the BW HOA Access Control Membership Main Directory Data Form.
If you would like to access the Internet Video Streaming from the Gate Camera's, please attend the Board Meeting this Saturday, November 19th at 10 am at the Hagen Ranch Library.
DO NOT Open the Gates if you do not know who is there.
This is for you security and that of our entire community.
Our lake is stocked for the pleasure of all residents, but ONLY for catch and RELEASE. Under NO conditions, is our wildlife to be removed from the lake.
It has been called to our attention that one of our residents has been killing our lake animals. This will not be tolerated and the authorities will be contacted.
Nuestra lago se almacena para el placer de todos los residentes, pero SOLAMENTE para LANZAMIENTO. Bajo NINGUNAS condiciones se quitará para comer ni vender. Se ha llamado a nuestra atención que uno de nuestros residentes ha estado matando nuestros animales del lago. Esto no será tolerado y las autoridades serán contactado.
Notre lac est stocké pou le plaisir de tous les résidants, mais SEULEMENT pour le crochet et le DÉGAGEMENT. Dans AUCUNES conditionnes, est notre faune á enlever du lac. On lui a appelé á notre attention qu'un de nos résidants avait tué nos animaux de lac. Ceci ne sera pas toléré et les autorités seront entrées en contact.
